Richard began his legal career at Graysons Watson Esam before moving to Bradford & Son. Richard has over 20 years’ experience in contract, commercial litigation, employment and insolvency work.

 

He believes that management of business risk is a key feature of business and, as a result, problem solving is at the heart of his work. Richard has considerable experience and specialises in the following areas:
